So, I'm guessing nearly everyone has had their wisdom teeth out by now. It seriously sucks. Everyone told me it wouldn't be so bad, and it wasn't, until the anesthetic wore off. I didn't have roots and they weren't breaking through the skin, so they had to dig them out of my gum (which is definitely not fun by the way). I really only remember going there, holding a nurses hand when Dr. Abbey pulled the needle out, and them putting a thing in my nose (for oxygen I'm assuming). After that, its a complete blank until I woke up in a different room in the office, on a cot with a thick, white blanket over me to keep me warm. I could hardly talk, or rather, I could hardly be understood when I talked, so my mother laughed at me, though Dr. Abbey understood me just fine. I got revenge for her laughter when we got home and I took the gauze out of my mouth. =] Mom hates blood and those things were nearly soaked in it. All I did was go "Look mom!! Blood!!" and wave it in front of her (not directly in front of her, just within her line of sight). Needless to say, she won't laugh at me again. =] I'm proud of myself. So, currently, to distract myself, I'm on here, eating cherry jello, watching Horton Hears A Who! and my ice pack on my lower jaw is held between my mandible and the fish from The Cat In the Hat =] It's a Dr. Seuss day, apparently. Hope you guys have a wonderful year and do me a favor, please. Keep my neighbors in your thoughts and prayers, as Mrs. Debbie lost her husband, Pete, at 4:45 AM Wednesday morning, February 3rd. She and her kids, their spouses, and the entire family is taking it pretty hard, her and her kids more so. His funeral is tomorrow at 1 PM, so, if you would just send healing and peaceful thoughts and prayers to them, and us, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you guys so much!

PS: I'd be interested to know how you found my artwork, if you remember (though I realize this was awhile ago...) Was it just random browsing, or a search, or in someone else's faves? Or maybe you've come to visit me before and I just don't recognize your username/avatar yet?... Just curious

sticks and stones may break my bones,
but chains and whips excite me...
so throw me down, tie me up,
show me that you like me.

"What are you doing in here?"
Seregil shrugged. "And why shouldn't I be in my own bedroom?"
"Your own - yours?" sputtered Alec. "I went through all that to burgle your house?"
